Routine Classes
Monthly class schedules are available upon request. When booking your session please provide the necessary information below to obtain an approval letter. Please include your desired class and availability. We will try to keep your session exclusive to only you and your party, however, other participants may attend the same class session.
No experience necessary.
We welcome all participants with or without yoga experience.

One-on-One
Inspiration comes in many different forms but let's get inspired by you first. This one-on-one session challenges the willpower to relearn your sense of self.
$30 - 45 minutes
Group Sessions
Clear your mind together. This intimate experience has the purpose of restoration, support and unity with the people you are most closest to.
$20 per person (minimum of 4 people)
45 minutes
Trap Yoga
Vibe on a higher level! These sessions are position driven and concludes the experience with 5-10 minutes of guided meditation. Release the tension and let go of the pressure.
Song recommendations are considered in the beginning of the session, preferably 5-10 minutes before class begins.
$30 per person - 45 minutes
Mommy & Me
Learn some calming techniques for you and your children. Most sessions are assisted by an assistant child instructor to better understand the power of self control from a child's perspective.
Children are expected to listen to the instructor(s) and will be given a complimentary snack towards the end of the session
$35 parent and child
additional children are $10 extra - 1 hour
Senior Sessions
Take it easy and slow. Yoga will help ease your aches and loosen tight muscles. The purpose of yoga is to sharpen your mind, body and soul.
Special equipment and chairs will be used to support poses
$25 - 30 minutes
Yoni Steams*
Herbal steam treatments for your vagina that help regulate your pH balance and promote other benefiting vaginal factors.
Best friend deals are available with complimentary wine or champagne. Hookah add-ons are optional
